The selection of suitable candidates is performed with the use of computerized search and selection database. Thanks to our search facilities we can meet most of the main requirements in identifying a successful candidate. Candidates’ files are constantly updated which enables us to detect any candidate’s availability in no time.

At our clients’ request, our agency organizes final interviews with the approved applicants at the Splendid Varna, which is run by partners of ours. We can offer halls accommodating up to 150 persons. All halls are equipped with high-speed Internet and laptop ports. We can also provide: a multifunctional projector with a screen; wireless microphone; video player; portable computers; overhead projector; screen; flip chart; photo-copier; binding and laminating services; fax machine. For our clients’ convenience we offer a complete interview handling.
